Ultimate List of Biblical Audio Dramas

The Holy Bible as we know it today has been adapted into many forms of media. One of the oldest is, of course, audio drama. One of the earliest forms of this was The Greatest Story Ever Told that aired in the 1940s. Since then, there have been numerous audio dramas that have made scripture come alive for our ears.

Since there are so many productions out there, it can be difficult to find a specific one or to find new productions. That's where we come in!

We've compiled a (partial) list of audio dramas that focus on telling the stories from the Bible. You'll find links to listen or purchase each one of them below. From faithful retellings to biblical fiction, you'll find old and new productions here. You'll also find some that are not quite audio dramas but are close.

Please be aware that not every single one of the productions listed below is intended for all ages. As always, we recommend parents preview each one to judge whether it is appropriate for their children's ages.
